Terms of Use

These Terms apply when you use Siftly: Photo Cleaner (“Siftly” or “the app”). By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Using the app and your files
Siftly helps you review, organize, compress, and manage media stored on your device. You remain responsible for your files and for reviewing each selection before moving, compressing, or permanently deleting it. Keep backups of files you cannot replace. Siftly does not upload your media, but moving, compressing, or deleting files may change or remove local data. Permanent deletion cannot be undone by Siftly.
Use the app only with files and devices you are authorized to access, and comply with applicable laws and platform terms. Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass the app's security or purchase checks except where applicable law permits.
Pro subscriptions
Siftly offers auto-renewing weekly, monthly, and annual subscriptions. Prices and billing periods are shown in the applicable store before purchase and may vary by region. Eligible new subscribers may be offered a 3-day free trial. If offered, the trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before it ends. After purchase, your store account is charged; subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal charges may occur within 24 hours before the period ends.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting Siftly does not cancel a subscription. Refunds, billing, and payment methods are handled by the store and subject to its rules. Restore Purchases in the app can refresh eligible access. Availability of trials and offers is determined by the store and your account eligibility.
Ads and third-party services
The free version may display third-party ads. Pro removes ads. Analytics, ads, and subscription features rely on third-party services and are also subject to the Privacy Notice and those providers' terms.
Availability and updates
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain or improve Siftly. We will use reasonable care to keep the app functional, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or compatibility with every device or file format.
Disclaimer and limits
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly required by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app or loss of device files. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law. Questions or support: yousfzaghloul@gmail.com.
